How do I know when I have reached my
minimum point amount?
When u
have reached the minimum amount to points for withdrawal we will send
you an sms informing you, also when you wish to use the points in a
participating store the sms will have a code for the store to check
the validity

can be used at the participating store or at our website shop, in our
online store points can be used in part to purchase

Can I cancel my account or stop receiving

When you join level1 you opt to choose how many and the type and
frequency of messages you receive, also you can
change
the options and frequency as you wish, even to stop receiving
text and
still be a member! You may also cancel at any time
by
deleting your account from the database (deletion will forfeit any and
all points amassed).

Can I check how many points I have for myself?
Yes
simply log onto level1 website and type in your user name and
password, and all your information on your options, points etc
will be
displayed to you. Or alternatively call 07930237152 and we will be
happy to obtain this information for you.

do I introduce people to Level 1?
Simply tell them to enter your name and
your mobile number into the boxes provided,
then
they can register, and you
will
earn 50
extra points
for
yourself, simple!
Just be sure they will use the name and the mobile number you used in
your registration.
The more people you successfully invite to join us-
the more points you earn yourself.
10- If I’m lucky and win in the draw how am I sent
my prize?
We keep all your details in our secure database, we will inform you by sms
of your win, and send to you your prize again at NO cost to you!
